Business policy

You are entitled to make use of the Services only in the event that you recognize as binding the provisions of normative statutory rules and ethical regulations (see Conditions of use). The personal pages may be deleted and the Membership revoked of any person who can be reasonably supposed not to have reached the age of 14, or of any person who claims that they have reached the age of 18 when this is probably not the truth, or who claims that they have not yet reached the age of 18 when, similarly, this is probably not the truth. Credit may be purchased online by credit card under the account menu point. A minimum 10 credits may be purchased on each occasion, at a price of €1 per credit.
To make a purchase, you must provide the name of the card holder, company, e-mail address, country, business address, and credit card type and number.

Payment may not be cancelled once completed, and money may not be returned. We are unable to take back images or links. If the User terminates their membership, then they may ask for a refund of any unused credit. Data management

The collection and handling of all personal data takes place according to standard statutory regulations.

In accordance with the data provided at the time of registration, the User may ask that the Service Provider send information on specified content to their e-mail address.

Certain data and the IP addresses of visitors are recorded in order to be able to calculate the number of visitors to the Website, as well as to ensure that any potential errors or hacking attempts can be identified. Certain recorded data qualify as personal data, and will be handled accordingly.

We update stored data on a daily basis and prepare statistics accordingly. The Service Provider's server stores this data in monthly packets for a period of one year.

The Service Provider will not link IP addresses with any other data that might enable the identity of the User to be revealed. No cookies will appear while visiting the Website.

Data will not be used for commercial purposes, and there is no automated processing of data.

The data provided are needed in order to take advantage of the Service, and are recorded with the permission of the User up until the latter deletes their personal page. By the act of registration the User expressly consents to (i) the publishing of the data on the Website, and (ii) the storage of the data by the Service Provider.

Data related to the User's personal page are found on the Website and can be viewed by other Members. If you do not consent to this, please do not register.

The Service Provider will not use the recorded data for commercial purposes.
